~~~The Dog Pack~~~

The Dog Pack of this city occupies the Eastern and parts of the Southern side of this city. They accept all dogs of all breeds, sexes, ages and colours. However they kill any dog that has a drop of wolf blood in their veins, including innocent wolves and wolf dogs. They believe that the dog is the most evolved species on the Earth and therefore they must rule.

They fear and hate all wolves because of the Wolf Gang that has risen, but they still hold a rather steady control on their territory. To other creatures, they are more forgiving. To each other, every dog is a brother or sister and every member has a devotion to their pack. The members of this pack support one another and through that their forces are strong.

Be wary though, for the dog-pack are extremely obsessed with rules and the "way things are", and will go so far to kill those who question their rules. They believe knowledge is power, but are ignorant of the fact that knowledge can be dangerous.

> Any canine with the slightest amount of
wolf blood in their veins must be killed
on sight.

> A dog of this pack must not kill or harm
another brother or sister. This is unspeakable treachery.

> Food, warmth and shelter must be shared between family.

> To mix blood with a Wolf and create a Halfbreed is also
unspeakable treachery. (However many dogs and wolves
still fall in love and do this.)

> The sick and old must be cared for.

> To break any of these oaths is punishable by exile
or execution.

Alphas: The Alphas are in charge of the whole pack. They organise the patrols, hunting parties, scouting parties and they are the ones that lead the battle charge. They are also the head of the Council members, and sit at the top of the rock in their park.

Alpha Pups: The pups of the Alpha.

Betas: The beta dogs are the second-in command of the pack. They focus mostly on instrcuting the various captains of the pack, and answer only to their Alphas. They are not however, as close to them as you would think.

Beta Pups: The pups of the Beta dogs.

Healer: The Healer is extremely skilled in the anatonomy and bioogy of their fellow pack mates, and is in charge of healing infections, wounds and other life-threatening conditions. Not exactly the best trained in combat, so would only accompany a battle charge for medical assistance. Is very valuable to the pack and so is vulnerable to capture.

Apprentice: The Apprentice of the healer.

Lead Guard: The Lead Guard is the strongest of his/her class, and so has been honoured with the position of the Lead Guard. They answer to the Betas who in turn answer to the Alphas. They are in charge of who guards where, and commands their group during battle.

Guards: The guards are the ones who reinforce the pack's home territory and help keep intruders out. They serve as the main power house of the attack source.

Lead Hunter: The Lead Hunter is the fastest and most agile of his/her class, and so has been honoured with the position of the Lead Hunter. They answer to the Betas who in turn answer to the Alphas.

Hunters: Hunters supply the pack with food, but aren't a part of the fighting force because of their slim build.

Lead Patroller;;;The Lead Patroller is the stealthiest and smartest of his/her class, and so has been honoured with the position of the Lead Patroller. They answer to the Betas who in turn answer to the Alphas.

The Patrol;;; The patrol are the ones who are in charge of patrolling the borders of their territory, and reinforcing scent marks. They aren't a part of the main attack source, rather the back up.

Elders;;; Elders are the dogs of the pack who have served their duty until their old age or some other injury has prevented it. They are cared for by the ones with "No rank".

Pups;;; Pups of the pack are babysat by the Elders, and can only begin their training at one year old.

No rank;;; Dogs with no rank are usually ones who have just completed their training or have just been accepted into the pack.

Exiled;;; The exiled are those who have been exiled from their pack by breaking one of the iron rules. They usually don't get away because the Dog pack kills those who break their oath.
