Leader of the Survivor's Rebellion

The Survivor's Rebellion is set in a post-apocalyptic world in the far-off future. Besides a very low number of stragglers, humans have been wiped off the face of the earth, their mark on history extinguished. It is unknown how this happened, some say that the humans simply got up one morning and just died, others scoff at this and say that a disease created by humanity turned against it's creators and spread until every human in it's path was dead. Still others say that the human races began to bicker which lead to a World War, causing their extinction. However the fate of the humans does not concern the species that rose up and took back the world in their absence. It's their story now.

Canines became the dominant species of the Earth. They rose up in numbers to seize the planet and ruled their territories in strong packs. Wolves and Dogs ruled paw in paw, some even pairing together and creating half-blooded offspring. There were small amounts of bickering as no empire ever ruled in peace but all was well. Or at least, that is how it had seemed.

A gang of wolves, small at first slunk in the shadows, biding their time. The Alphas began to rally followers either by will or by force. They tore families apart, cut down whatever was in their path and tainted the name of wolf. They carried out a raid on a significant amount of dog packs and both species lost many. However, smaller dog gangs are also to blame, killing innocent wolves or wolfdogs. Within time a huge war had boiled, one that showed no signs of stopping. Wolf killed dog and dog killed wolf. And the Wolfdogs were caught in the crossfire. The halfbreeds were considered to be impure and since they contained the blood of their enemies, were deemed unworthy to survive. Halfbreeds have lost numbers and along with loners of both species who believed that the war was unnecessary tried to hide away from the war.

It would continue for years until a young wolfdog named Bellatrix decided enough was enough. Her kind were allowed the joy of life and she decided to have a rebellion. A rebellion against two conflicting species. Joined by other of her kind and those who were outcasts due to their own opinions, the Survivor's Rebellion once again hopes to restore sense and reason to this Earth. So this is where we begin, the end of humanity, in the middle of a war and at the start of a Rebellion. . .
